Do I need a consultation first?
For any laser, needling, or peel protocol — yes. A consultation lets us assess your skin, history and goals so the first treatment is genuinely tailored.
How should I prepare?
Arrive with clean skin, no SPF or makeup if possible. Avoid retinoids for 48 hours before any resurfacing treatment.
Is there downtime?
It varies. Facials are zero-downtime; peels and needling can involve 24–72 hours of pinkness or light flaking. Deimante will walk you through it.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
